Was thinking about this one earlier. I see it being so close it merits a rematch.
Canelo gets the arm raised but it's not popular, hench the rematch.

    Calzaghe, pretty sure of it.

Canelo will hang tough and see the end but he's going to lose on the cards.

Calzaghe is a mixture of movement, which Canelo doesn't like, blistering handspeed which he also doesn't like and a high workrate. He's going to be very hard for ginger to deal with.

Both are great. I would think Calzaghe would take a close decision, but man despite all of his haters Canelo is just plain good! I wouldn’t bet on it, but Joe should be able to take a good fun fight

Calzaghe outclasses Canelo by a wide margin...getting stronger as the fight goes on....and begins to mock, mug and taunt the Mexican in the last few rounds.

Calzaghe would be all wrong for Canelo.

Calzaghe couldn't dominate Kessler or Robbie Ried.

I would pick Joe but Canelo is too good , too versatile and too skilled to allow Joe slap him up like he slapped up all other other D levellers on his resume.

Joe would have to fight smart against a counter puncher as good as Canelo.

He dominated Reid before his hand went, and was on his last legs against Kessler - an old man drained to the limit.

Canelo is made for Calzaghe - short, flat footed, come forward fighter.
