How do you guys think Joe matches up with the contestants of the super 6??

I think he beats all of them convincingly other than froch. I think forch can TKO him late. :hey

well then you are a clown :).... Froch would never stand a chance.... i believe a fit kessler or AA could beat JC... Forget about Froch... he will be exposed in this tournament.... especially in the round 2 and 3....kessler and AA....

not a calzaghe fan myself but he'd beat them all. UD's over the lot.

I don't see who in the super 6 would beat Calzaghe peak for peak. I don't know a lot about the 2 young Americans though.

Again I'm not a huge Calzaghe fan either. I don't think he'd have any problems with Abraham or Froch, a past his peak Calzaghe has already beaten Kessler. Taylor is the only one I'm not sure about, I think he'd find a way though. Taylor would probably have to engage to stop Calzaghe overwhelming him and well, he'd tire.

Froch is too slow to trouble Calzaghe.

    Calzaghe UD Kessler
    Calzaghe UD Abraham
    Calzaghe UD Direll
    Calzaghe UD Ward
    Calzaghe UD Taylor
Calzaghe TKO Froch (I like Froch, but he's too slow and easy to hit with his hands down. I see Calzaghe Lacying him on route to a late TKO mercy stoppage by the ref)

and no, I don't particularly like Joe

A fit Kessler with a different trainer and no injuries and a better corner team fighting on neutral ground beats Joe 7 out of 10 I reckon. Don't know about the rest. Dirrell has a mean size advantage though.

Great points. And a Calzaghe 3 years younger probably stops Kessler.

Calzaghe doesn't have a chance - Warren wouldn't let him go.

While Froch would always have a puncher's chance, no way I'd see him as the highest % chance of the lot. JC is well favoured against all with Kessler and Ward having the best chances.
