Sorry, that wasn't clear - I meant when Calzaghe's opposition since Lacy was becoming a joke. Kessler was sterling and gave Joe a great fight.

Bika's never going to get a shot unless he forces it by playing the game. Fighting unknowns in the Australian outback makes it too easy to keep this gorilla away from the big boys.

I love Carl for his verbal and physical entertainment but I have never thought he would win one single round against Joe Calzaghe.

Calzaghe was a machine. The guys in Super Six are VERY good, Calzaghe was great. A cut above. The guy had a granite chin, huge heart, endless stamina, a great arsenal and the ability to adapt throughout the 12 rounds.

kesslers past his best its so ****in obvious, he was many times more sharper and accurate the night calzaghe(who was past his peak at 35) beat him then the version we saw tonight, its shameful froch was mocking joe, yet he couldnt beat an over the hill version of kessler. its quite sad

I think most people know Froch is pretty limited.

12 months ago, people would have laughed at anyone suggesting that Froch would be in a war with Kessler.

I really do hope that we don't see Kessler being resurrected as a god (and Calzaghe too) simply because he beat Froch on points in Denmark.

Credit to them both, I gained a lot of respect for Kessler tonight, he's a real fighter/warrior and has a great heart, but it hasn't change my mind about him being some sort of boxing god.

I've always said JC spits more boxing then Carl, but thats not to trash Froch. I just think Calzaghe was a very special fighter, its just a shame he underachieved and spent so long without big challenges. I think Hatton and to a certain extent Froch as well (when his career is done) achieved more relative to their talent level.

I would rather watch Froch lose in a great fight like last night than a thousand slappy victories by the coke snorting sister ****er :thumbsup
