    Why didn't Ortiz have to submit to Olympic style drug testing?

    I couldn't give a **** whether Floyd 'ducks' or not. The fighters he has beaten do not add up to an ATG resume.

    Even when he beats Pacquiao he still wont get the credit for it.Everyone will just say Pacquiao was too small or past his best or something else stupid.

    Yes he did and all PBF's opponents have to. PBF is an innovator in the sport of boxing levelling the playing field. If Pacman had nothing to hide and were confident they would take the test. The fact they refused to says quite a lot..

    It's all about the manner of victory. If he beats PAC, I still wouldn't rate him in the upper echelon of ATGs.
