Man i do that all the time in training at thats no even bull****! I swear on my mothers life thats real. Hitting a bag no more than a few inches from you that quick is no extraordinary feat. Puhlease. Why do people feel they have to reward mediocrity?

I can do it for 3 minutes. When we do bag work we work combinations but mostly i only use it for conditioning. Il hit the bag as hard as i can with left and right hooks, kind of like the George Foreman roundhouse for 3 minutes. Then the next round is to punch with short punches for 3 minutes. Then punches turned over fully extended for a 1 minute. Its gruelling but i find it great for overall muscle memory and building those fast twitches.

Calzaghe could beat the record but his punches were shocking. I'd be embarassed to show that to a non boxing fan and tell them that was arguably the best boxer in the world.
