I've no problem with it being classed as a solid win.

    :good

    HAHAHA

Headbanger is killed by his own heros words.

His own hero pises in Headbangers face, and headbangers reaction is to post a series of laughing smilies SO HE IS APPARENTLY ENJOYING JOE ****.

I'm not knocking the win/wins, and I've told you before that I never thought Eubank could have been broken mentally.

So I have to give Collins huge credit.

It's just that I don't see them as incredible wins.

Also, I'm sure that Zod will agree with me, in saying that the Benn wins weren't that special.

I hate trying to type on my phone. I find it really frustrating at the best of times. I wouldn't dream of using it to post on forums. It would take me an eon to type some of my posts. lol

After the Lacy fight Frank ****** (Calzaghe's then-promoter) recalled a very interesting conversation he'd had with Joe before the fight.

****** said he'd been called up by Joe and that Joe wanted out of the fight. ****** said that he had to give Joe a pep-talk - something he had never had to do before for a fighter in such a situation. He told Joe that this was his big chance and if he pulled out of this fight then another mega-fight might not come around again. Joe was talked into it and agreed to go ahead with the fight.

This, I think is very telling. We all know Joe as a super-confident fighter. But he clearly had self-doubts (as any human being does). I wonder if this is the real reason he didn't go to America sooner.

    It's a nightmare mate.

I don't normally use my girlfriends phone while we're away, but there's no internet access in our hotel. For some reason, all the computers were removed last week, and there's no wi fi.

My girlfriend asked me what I was laughing at, at 3am in the morning.

Before I could answer, she said 'let me guess, something to do with your boxing forum?'

    Ha!

    What a serial ducker.
That isnt what I asked. Not sure why you are doing a wave sign when pulling ducks?
Now back to the question, who do you think did more at the weight between Jones and Collins at SMW. Just answer and stop being a coward to the question

Hello newbie alt, whoever you are (it will come to light at some point).
Joe was an injury prone fighter and liked to be fully fit when fighting.
I believe he pulled out of the Sheika fight 3 times, but we saw how it went when they fought, but I guess he wanted to be feeling half decent, as he went into some fights in a bad way and probably knew this one was more important than some of the others

I have to disagree. Collins clearly won that fight
Eubank was given a Sky contract worth 10m. It was for his world tour were he fought nothing but bums until he fought Collins. Needless to say Sky never gave that sort of deal to another fighter ever again

Benn was shot. He had a shadow on his brain after the McClellan fight which gradually deteriorated to a brain legion by the time of the Collins fights
