    I see Barrett is next in line, I can see Rakhimov beating Barrett and then Cordina getting another shot and beating Rakhimov in the process.

    Harsh but its the IBF rules. Maybe the other sanctioned bodies should follow suit instead of allowing some fighters to hold the belt without defending it for long periods of time e.g. Gary Russell Junior.
