If this is true, the Peterson camp should launch an immediate protest. Cortez clearly stacks the deck in Khan's favor as others have said, but worse than that he endangers both fighters in the ring beyond the norm, simply because he cannot be counted on to make "fair and firm" decisions, nor even keep his eyes on the fight itself, as Mayweather vs Ortiz demonstrated(and he had no business being the ref that night either due to his history of incompetence beforehand).

 

Khan will simply knock Peterson out, no need for a ref or judges...........
