http://ringtv.craveonline.com/blog/175657-from-the-pages-of-the-ring-magazine-a-new-perspective Really interesting article... What do you think?
Ive always thought that sitting right up against the ring apron and looking upwards is a poor angle to see the best of the action far too many potential obstructions.
Sounds like a decent idea, though there is an obvious problem with fans having their vision obscured. I'd support any attempts to improve scoring.
Judges don't need better views they need to be competent and not corrupt. How is it that in comparison, the press, who are sitting behind the judges, rarely do such an awful job in scoring a fight.
:good. Elevation would give a superior perspective, but unless you change the hearts of men the BS will continue. We all know that Mickey Vann had determined Huck to be the winner before the bout started; he'll be welcomed back.
Judges should quite simply just watch the fights on TV, you have a better view, angle, and coverage via TV coverage than just sitting ring side. They should just be sitting off in a room, nowhere near the ring. Watching the fight.
that would be good where they could not hear the fans to sway them but not every show has the finance to do this probably
Suppose it's a good idea, with them being higher up and easier to spot out we can pelt them with ease.
