Joe Frazier 1971 v Larry Holmes 1982 ( cooney fight )? Who wins.

I think Frazier outworks Holmes to a decision. A stoppage isn’t out of the question either but I’ll give Holmes the benefit of the doubt that he could last to the end. Joe would slip the jab and work the body and head. Holmes would land plenty of his own shots. I see it being a tough bloody fight.

 

Frazier beats Holmes. Styles make fights and Frazier had the style most troubling to the style of Holmes.
Both were great fighters but Frazier takes Holmes 9 out of 10 times.
