Give Mike Tyson Joe Frazier's left hook.

Give Joe Frazier Mike Tyson's right hand.

Endurance and conditioning the same, but give these two relatively compared fighters the other man's best punch on top of their own famous signature punch and tell me who's deadlier?

Frazier. Tyson did have a deadly left hook, knocked opponents out with it, but it was overshadowed by his right.

George Chuvalo has made it clear Joe's right was nothing to sneeze at, but there's no footage of Frazier's right leading directly to a stoppage win or knockdown, aside from when he ripped Jerry Quarry's face open with his right in their rematch. [Even then, Frazier-Quarry II was very well in hand by then. Cooney's right did more damage against Ken Norton, Jimmy Young and Philipp Brown.]

Joe was much more of a one armed fighter than Mike. Take away Tyson's right, and I think he's still a world champion. Frazier did win Olympic Gold with a cracked left thumb, and his hook was largely a non factor against Jumbo Cummings, as he battled to a draw with his jab and right. But he wasn't as good without his hook as Mike could have been without his right.
