Shame, sounds pretty bad so I'm guessing a transplant is out of the question, sad news, hope he somehow wins this fight.

This genuinely upsets me. I can only hope and pray.

Joe Frazier is a boxing legend and men like him have inspired so many people

It sounds like he is going to pass away before Ali. Who would've thought that?

That's terrible to hear. I wish him and his family the strength they need to get through this.

I am not a medicine expert but I fear his alcohol abuse may have something to do with this and this is a tragedy and warning to anyone taking the threat of substance abuse lightly.

One of my favourite fighters of all time, I'm only 22 and I'm extremely bitter I never got the chance to live in an era where fighters had courage like Smokin Joe did, fought blind in one eye for half his career and now we've got guys complaining about pinky toes after fights. Hope he wins this one.

**** sucks. Cancer touches a lot of peoples lives. But at least he lived a good full life and will be remembered.
