Just seen the news on sky that he's now in a hospice , really sad news . I had the pleasure to meet Joe and have a meal with him at Sakura Liverpool . He was great to talk too and everyone who attended had a great time meeting him . He was a little frail but not in bad health , and he even talked about endorsing a smoking joes teppanyaki restaurant in London if we were up for it as he enjoyed himself so much. So he lacked no business acumen and was well switched on. He was around in an era of total greatness and ruled the world for a time . As the title switched hands between the all-time greats. You have to wonder how Joe would have done in another era ???? . When asked this question he replied,Tyson would have lasted no more than 3 rounds , Lewis 4 maybe 5 rounds , and beat Holyfield convincingly over 12 hard fought rounds which I would be inclined to agree with . Frazier was an unbelievably tough fighter . Let's hope he has one last fight left in him . LEGEND
