Hmmm...I understand if fighters feel robbed in close fights, but he says he won the third fight against Ali when he quit? That seems like some loss of a sense of reality.

I don't see Frazier handle Tyson. Foreman may hit a tad harder than Tyson, but not much and Tyson has a speed advantage over Joe. A tall fighter with a good jab like Douglas would probably be better equipped to beat Tyson than even a great little guy like Joe.

I think both Ali and Tyson at their peak could beat Marciano.

Dempsey probably could if he can get him before the 6th...Prime Joe Louis... not sure about Patterson because of his chin but D'Amato was confident Patterson would beat Rocky and wanted that fight and Lou Duva said Rocky didn't want to face Patterson because Floyd was to fast...Liston I would favor...

I'm not even sure Marciano can beat some of the big HW that were tall and over 200 pounds. And not necessarily just the belt holders. But maybe that is unfair considering the era difference. I would say so. Today Marciano would be a LH to CW.

tyson wouldn't beat marciano IMO. frazier would be a great fight. ali would box circles around marciano. you got to remember marcaino was losing to both walcott and charles, and both weren't as good as ali. the only thing that saved marciano was his power, and that wouldn't of saved him against ali. ali was too durable, and then too good. i would go as far to say it would be an easy win in the end for ali.

Yeah, but that does not negate that the condition may have continuously worsened throughout his career. I can only assume that the condition did worsen, because cataracts worsen over time...And I think when I read his auto, though I'm not certain, that he spoke about the condition having worsened to the point of needing surgery by 75. He may've said he'd been fighting with one eye, but he also said he won all three Ali fights. I wouldn't take everything without a grain of salt or considering the possibility that it's not the entire truth literally and exactly. Ya dig?

 Yeah, three of my all-time favorites in the same picture. Archie, Hagler and Frazier. Found the picture on Marvin's web site. Great gallery there. Another picture from there prompted me to start this thread: http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=221852

Frazier didn't quit. He begged to continue, but Futch wouldn't let him go back out there. Meanwhile, Ali told his corner to cut off his gloves and was all ready to quit when he saw that Frazier's corner had stopped the fight. Had Futch let Frazier go out for round 15, Frazier would've won by TKO. And Frazier would've kicked the **** out of Tyson.

I thought he seemed ok in the vid. I was surprised actually. I expected worse!
