Just a note. Ali most likely wasn't 224lbs in Manila. Frazier was probably lighter than 215lbs. They weighed them something like 5 days before the fight. I don't know why.
I do know they were both in outstanding condition going into Manila. Ali has always pointed to his great condition getting him through that Hell.
