Frazier probably wins but it would be a hard fight. And he'd have to be at his best to do it. C00ney would have an excess of about 8 inches in height and 20 lbs in weight and could hit like a truck. Joe never fought many punchers. In fact the only elite one he faced destroyed him. And C00ney left to the head and body would probably find its mark often as Joe was coming in or bobbing and weaving right in front of him. Foreman caught Joe in similar fashion as Frazier's upper body movement actually worked " against" him in that fight.

Would make for an interesting match up, especially the C00ney that demolished a faded Ken Norton. However, I think that despite the height and weight disadvantage, Joe's lionheart would pull him through to a UD.

Fraziers chin wouldn't hold up..think of a leaner Mathis who outboxed him a 6'6 giant who could punch is a bad match up,frazier would never reach his questionable chin ,it will either end up decision win for Frazier or a k.o for ****ey,this is a type of fight that is largely favored to ****ey but could go either way,i like ****ey 3 out of 5 matches in this,he hits way to hard for Fraziers chin. And actually has the better hook!

****ey couldn't hold a shot and would crumble like he always did against quality.

GC would be dangerous early but Joe will just keep coming and eventually grind GC down and finish him..

Frazier would need a ladder to reach that chin.

****ey would get destroyed by Frazier in the third round. He was blessed that he ducked fighters like Page and Dokes in the first place.

Hard to pick.. ****ey is big, strong,& Tall.. He is giant even in this time.

I Still confuse.. I need watch more ****ey fights.. I only see him in replay with norton,holmes,spink..

    I will comeback later..

notice ****ey in his fade time get TKO with Spinks & even KO 2 with old foreman..

C00ney could of been a top fighter of his time I don't think he could of beaten Holmes but if he had his head right I think he could of picked up one of the other titles . As much as I like c00ney I honestly can't see him beating frazier , frazier wins this by stoppage

I thought C00ney fought very well against Holmes despite losing so if that version shows up Joe has a hard fight on his hands.

But C00ney was so protected it's hard to say just how good he was or could have been.
I think if he cannot bomb Joe out quickly he's in trouble. Jerry has a great left hook but so does Joe, who is much more proven in tough fights. But C00ney would be dangerous.
