Joe Frazier...who could have outpointed him?

    Take the '68- '71 Frazier and give me names you think could have taken a points decision over him.

    Was prime Joe the toughest heavyweight to outpoint?

    Ah, that’s a good point, and I see what you’re saying.

    Hard to imagine someone outpointing peak Frazier.

    There's a few who I think would stop him but outpoint him? I can't see it. If he can go the distance then he can win the decision.

    I think Rocky Marciano would have a chance, but I'm leaning at 70/30 Frazier.

    How is it "impossible" to outpoint frazier when a past his prime ali did it?

    Yeah i know thats a pretty high bar to set with ali being a top 5 atg, buy his legs and work rate were less than 70% of what they used to be.

    A fresh young technically sound heavyweight, especially a bigger one like buster douglas or lennox leeis could pull it off. Frazier was awesome, but he was 1 dimensional and not very big.

    They could pull it off. it would be tough though and Frazier can just as easily take it from them.
