If we could only return to the days pre 2020 when people didn't get cancer...

    Oh, wait!

That's really sad news, A close family member of mine is recovering from surgery and yesterday was told that they are cancer free. I hope Joe gets the same outcome.

People don’t need to regret jokes or to like someone professionally or even personally to wish them well and hope someone recovers from something like that.

I don’t know what he’s like personally, but if someone did and they didn’t like him for whatever reason, they don’t need to say or convince themselves they were wrong to feel for him and to hope he recovers for example.

They can still wish him well and hope that he recovers.

    Horrific news.

Regardless of whats been said about joe over the years. Its nothing personal. Its more a bit of escapism imo. People that havent achieved anything in the sport telling others that have achieved a lot in the sport where their going wrong. The fun of being a sports fan.

In reality tho i think we all wish joe the very best of luck in his battle.

Hoping he can beat the horrible disease.

This is awful. Having had various family battles with cancer over the past 20 years, "stage 4" is the worst news you can get, it's really about having a good life now and keeping things under control as long as they can. My mum was stage 4 and only found out with about 4 weeks left, it sounds like he's heard early enough to keep a good lid on it.

Wish him all the best with it, horrible news for anyone to get.
