I think the opposite tbh. look at the names in the OP, all tough dedicated pros, but he’s never had someone of real natural talent to work with (no I don’t count Callum Smith).

Joe is great at taking young mancs and scousers off the streets and drilling the fundamentals, building them up to a certain level (with Hearn’s WBA connections doing the rest)
