Gallagher fighters do all seem to fight the same way. Its the manchester style to be honest.

 

Yeah it is true, but at the end of the day, you cant blame gallagher for that, the same way u can't blame Arnie for Frankie.

Well he was staggering like a drunk when he fought Mitchell .

 

John Murray was simply just not good enough or as tough as we thought.

 

Gallagher isn't Roach but he has a good stable. His own legacy is having a dip but like his boxers he has the ability and resources to turn it around.

 

they need to learn more boxing, Murray just comes forward, he has no real boxing skills to speak off,

he needs to learn that rather than stopping punches with his face

Many including myself picked him cos of Mitchell's problems etc. I started to worry about Murray's long term ambitions about a year before. IIRC i did a post on Kos site and i mentioned the lack of a jab etc.

His punch resistance was getting shown up against the lad he fought prior to Mitchell. Although i wondered if that was down to bad balance or the fact the guy was a natural LWW but it was worrying when he fell apart against Mitchell but that's what happens when you have next to no defence.

 

exactly, taking far too many puches over the years, and in sparring too, i think his puch resistance is well on the way out

 

I picked Mitchell a week before but thought it would have went the distance, just didn't the KO coming.
