Checked out his fights and was impressed. He definitely has heavy hands, strong for his age. Apparently his amateur record was 15-2 with 12 KOs. Jamie Quinn is a durable tough journeyman whos rarely been stopped in 120 odd fights. Been the distance with Stephen Smith, Sam Bowen, Zelfa Barrett, Isaac Lowe, Gavin Gwyne, Ryan Garner, Muhammed Ali, Nick Ball, Rhys Edwards. And Howarth at 19 years old put him down 3 times and stopped him the 2nd!
Definitely got something plus the opponents were giving it a go unlike most of the opponents they wheel in for prospects on some of the bigger promotions.
I've seen Joe live and his stablemate Lennox. They both have the same style and pick shots really well. The test will come when they get in with someone who can box well but for now both lads look really good and have a good future as they're both young. Both lads came from the white collar scene too.
