Joe Joyce Schools Daniel Dubios with his highlight reel Jab and active guard

Joe needs to go straight into a big fight now. I wonder what sort of opponents Wilders looking for now?

 

Other than me scoring rounds 3 and 6 the other way round I had the same score Joyce 6-3 up.

 

Dubois had his own Adelaide Byrd on the panel too. At least he got some good shut eye after the loss.

 

With Joyce's name on the radar now, if I were Wilder I'd make that fight tomorrow. Joyce is waaaay to hittable and slow . I think Wilder demolishes him in 1 or 2 rounds. Provided Wilder has had some psychiatric counseling before then.

 

I had it 5-4 Joyce going into the 10th.

 

I'd love to see that fight, but I obviously dont rate Wilder as highly as you. I think Joyce could take Wilders best with ease.
If Wilder were to win it would be by windmill accumulation, but even then, Joyce punches back so he would have to be rocked in the first place to cover up and I just don't see Wilder getting that chance (maybe a soft stoppage win if he gets the refs help).
Not saying Joyce is a world beater by any means at all, but Wilder is bloody awful and his power was always a myth IMO.

To be fair Joyce didn't pick up boxing until age 22 and fought as an amateur from 2012-2016, then did some World Series of boxing stuff before actually taking his first pro fight 2.5yrs ago. Ain't no wear and tear here. He can still improve a fair bit as a pro.

Exactly. I'd be knocking on Wilder and Usyk's door now.

 

If it was left to go on we would have seen a bit of a schooling to finish, it was starting to look that way, then dubois took a knee..

It Could have been a tremendous finish, you could see him tiring and Joyce starting to go to work more.... Shame, it would have been a great ending there with Joyce taking him out properly.
