    Oh, he had demons. I remember him trying to take a chunk out of Po'uha's shoulder; butting Nicholson...

    The Grant fight is up there with Golota’s best performances until the implosion. He also had come off probably his best win again Witherspoon.

    Joyce would make Golota quit.

    I never understood why a fighter being DQ'd meant that he lost as though he'd lost properly (on the cards or stoppage). For example, Fred Hennebury was DQ'd at least a dozen times and all it did was give his in ring reputation an enhancement. It never detracted from the fact that he;d beaten Ron Richards and was still a 'winning' fighter. Times change....maybe for the better, maybe not.

    You might be right...I'm sure any Golota opponent would be well aware that if they pushed him, he might break.

    Joyce's bout with Takam opened the door on him being over rated , Golota fought at a higher level and with Joyce being 35 yrs old he's close to a finished product. Golota by UD.
