I told you what I want you to do in this post:

    It's excruciatingly simple.

    A child could understand it.

But you still haven't done it.

    Instead, whining.

He didn't fight under modern standards though. Rocky Marciano was the heavyweight champion of the world. Say what you want about Marciano but the man was a heavyweight boxer. He and his opponents fought in an unlimited weight division. It's really that simple.

Good question. Not sure that we have enough of these types of hypothetical matchups to have a default assumption. My interpretation would be that the fighter from the lower weight class would be able to put on weight (or at least stop cutting weight).

You don’t seem to get it.

Also, why are you still asking me to report the behavior of someone you are now aware of? You report him.

I don’t know, maybe it’s how their system works.

Apparently, although he knows about Luther and agrees he should be banned, he still wants us to click ‘report.’

If it’s part of some back end work flow, he can do it himself.

    Reznick, are you drunk?

Just tell me the post number/the thread/the name of the poster involved, it's ****ing easy.

So if it's THIS THREAD, just type the post number or link the post.

If it's A DIFFERENT THREAD type the thread and the post #.

If all of that is TOO HARD type the name of the bad man who is upsetting you and i will look into it.

You answer it all in your last sentence. That's exactly how I see it also.

If the two men are to fight, Rocky would need to bulk up otherwise we're matching people from different weight classes.

How do you still not know about Luthor? Are you blind or do you have zero follow through?

You agreed once you identified him as a racist troll. His other accounts have been banned. Am I not to assume that you ban racist trolls who make new accounts? Or are you just trying to compensate for your lack of action?

We’ve all been talking about this guy in this thread. Put in the extra effort and look into it.

If you put no effort, we sure as hell won’t.

    Has anybody else reported him?
    Probably not.
Because we’re confused on why he needs to be reported when you already know about him.

What, you genuinly can’t find the post? It seriously isn’t hard if you just read this thread for one minute.
Or, ask me nicely and I’ll point you to the toxic post that hurts your site.

Luthor whatever, is obviously the old fella back again,he's an obnoxious boor but probably the best thing to do is just not respond to him,He feeds off attention and makes inflammatory statements to get it,why not just ignore him, he's hardly the evil incarnate?

It isn't his site, he does the job for this particular Forum I believe , maybe you should volunteer? I think McGrain is pretty even- handed, I don't kid myself he likes me, he has banned me a couple of times and some I've had issues with.I wouldn't stress out over this Luthor knob if I was you, he is a repetitive bore but so what?
    Put him on ignore,job done.

What you do in this situation is perma ban. If they get around it, ban him over and over.

If it takes more effort(time) to ban than to create a new account, something is broken.

Give mods ban and remove buttons next to every post, so that eliminating toxicity becomes effortless. In that case if the troll keeps making accounts it’s extremely easy to remove, the site get an extra page hit, they’ll get tired after a while.

But if the account creator can hang around for 50 posts every time he creates an account, of course he’ll keep doin it.

As for us Mcvey, you’re right. All we can do is ignore him. And I think we’re doing a better and better job at that every time he pops up.

I'm not at all sure he didn't come back legitimately, maybe the duration of his ban had expired and he just decided to change his name? I really don't know.
I think it was Kentucky Cobra who came back before his ban was up and McGrain promptly banned him again. All in all I think he does a good job and ,let's be honest, it's a pretty thankless one.I'm pretty comfortable with the powers the mods have,I have no idea why Memory of Lamotta was banned I can only assume it was justified, though I found him pretty inoffensive. If you start introducing more strictures I think it will become counterproductive and posters will go elsewhere. After all one posters villain is another's compadre,it wasn't too long ago you wanted me booted. We have to retain a sense of proportion.
