    bit of beef with Daniel Dubois?

    Is Frank going to give the fans what they want?

    Other than that I see Joyce is targeting Chisora next. Fair play to him.

    Lol Dubois hasn't even fought a real journeyman yet and if Joyce fights chisora next he will show whyte how you beat a shell of a fighter

    I'm not sold on Joyce just yet. Great tank engine. Balance seems all over the place and doesn't deliver shots with full force. Plus the age thing. But fair play to him nonetheless

    He might prove us wrong but I agree, i’m not sold on him either. He boxed well in patches against Lewison but rarely had any sting in his shots. His left hook wouldn't have had the power to knock my missus’s ornaments off the mantelpiece. He did box well in patches but that was an embarrassing physical state that Lewison turned up in, so it wasn’t easy to judge.

    I have to admit, I haven’t seen him box much before that so maybe i’m being harsh. He got outboxed against Usyk but that was a while back and he’s P4P class.

    Cant see him and Dubois getting it on this year, but if they both have a good 2018 then can definitely see it happening in '19.

    Is the Joyce/Chisora fight been confirmed? Im a big Chisora fan, that man will fight anyone and this proves it.

    I don’t think he’s the best skills wise mate, but in terms of who he has fought, Chisora is a real fighting man. Fury twice, Haye, Vitali Klitschko, Pulev, Danny Williams, an unbeaten Malik Scott, a fresher version of Helenius and a fight of the year contender against Whyte...probably forgot loads more.

    I couldnt agree more with you mate. He definitely aint the best skill wise but like you already said he a real fighting man.

    Not it’s not been confirmed. He’s a true fighting man though Del Boy and for a third pro fight it would be a fantastic opponent for Joyce. I know he hasn’t got age on his side but I like the way he’s fast tracking through the division.

    Joe Joyce vs Daniel Dubois makes no sense for either man

    Daniel Dubois because he doesnt need to take risks at this stage of his career and at his age

    Joe Joyce precisely because he needs to take maximum risks at this stage of his and at his age, BUT against ranked and big name opponents. There are far better names out there for him to get to a ranked guy. Chisora is an excellent shout, there are others who have just dropped off the top 10/15 of a belt and would propel him into fighting a ranked opponent in 1-2 fights. Or could try fighting a top 10/15 ranked fighter with one of the belts right away. Joyce needs to move really fast.

    I hope he was carrying a left hand injury in his last fight, and that was the reason for his left hook looking how it looked. I have seen clips of his other fights and his left hook has never looked as bad as it did in his last fight, looked like he was holding back from impact.

    Joe Joyce targets Dereck Chisora in just THIRD pro fight

    World Boxing News have learned of an offer being made to ex-world heavyweight title challenger Dereck Chisora for an all-British clash with Olympic silver medallist Joe Joyce this spring.

    Joyce, 32, is aiming to move his career quickly on the back of turning pro following the Rio 2016 Games, at which the Londoner lost out on a gold medal controversially in a final bout with Frenchman Tony Yoka.

    Eventually, Joyce wants to face Yoka in a revenge mission in the paid ranks and has top names in his sights for his C.V as urgently as possible. For this reason, Chisora fits the bill.

    On the back of his debut victory over Ian Lewison last October, Joyce is lining up fights in February, March and May as ‘The Juggernaut’ continues his progress under top trainer Ismael Salas.

    Warming up for a step up in class on February 16, Joyce was hoping to land Chisora in the spring – possibly on the Matty Askin v Stephen Simmons or Tony Bellew v David Haye 2 undercards, although WBN understands ‘Del Boy’ is not currently entertaining any advances regarding an encounter.

    Chisora has endured a chequered record over the last two years with a six-fight win-lose run of form. A loss to Kubrat Pulev in May 2016 was backed up by two-round KO of Drazan Janjanin four months later.

    The 34 year-old then dropped a split decision to Dillian Whyte in one of the heavyweight fights of the year in December before bouncing back with a routine stoppage of Robert Filipovic at the Echo Arena in 2017.

    Last time out, Chisora couldn’t find a way past Agit Kabayel in a European title challenge and will potentially want to get back to winning ways - possibly even grab back-to-back victories - before he agrees to share the ring with Joyce.

    As things currently stand, Joyce is being forced to look elsewhere for his first world-renowned opponent.

    Well Yoka isn't already approaching middle age like joyce, so i think they will take their time with him so i don't see that rematch occuring.
