    Prediction? I think old past his prime Louis would be too much for afterprison liston
    PS: Who was sonny's opponent in that video? Ed sanders ? I've read that liston fought Ed Sanders at the golden gloves in 1952 but Sanders is listed at 6'4, guy on the video doesn't look that tall

    If this is an amateur version of Liston then I think old Louis wins. Surely even THAT version of the bomber was better than Marty Marshall

    Louis was still good enough to give Rocky a decent fight, but Liston just looks like a freak in that footage. He's a very live underdog.

    I don’t want to hazard a prediction.

    Liston looked very good as an AM. IMO, he’s already showing off some seasoned skills and ring IQ.

    Note how he often uses the fully extended, frozen jab to obscure his opponents vision. In fact, this vid makes it easy to pause at certain points to marvel over how ridiculously long Liston’s reach was and also how Sonny knew how to use every inch of that reach - he was a real life Stretch Arm Strong.
