Compliments don't seem to get through to him. Rational arguments don't seem to get through to him. Facts and examples don't seem to get through to him. Insults and abuse don't seem to get through to him ( though I haven't tried them myself yet, but I'm getting close. ) I have tried everything to gain common ground with this poster ( Widow ), and nothing seems to work. He has reached the point of really being annoying and its starting to **** me off. He has no tact, skill, or class with respect to discussing topics with others. The only thing he understands are those who agree with him, but probably doesn't even question why. Its the self gratification that gets him off, which is why he does things like start polls using biased propaganda, so that people will say either yes or no to satisfy his beliefs.

I really wish he'd get the **** out of here, as his opinion means absolutely nothing to me...

I thought I would try and make peace with the guy, but if he doesnt want it, then **** him. I really didnt think he took things so personal, but I guess I was wrong. If he would stop or curb the nuthugging, I would do the same with my hate of Wlad, it's obvious from him ignoring my two posts, that's not what he wants. I will continue what I do, in hopes if changing peoples minds on Wlad being great, and he will continue to try and convince posters that Wlad beats most if not all Heavyweight ATG's.

Skills and power are only part of the equation....I keep making the comparison but if skills and power were all it took then Frank Bruno would have been a dominant champion.

Bottom line on here is I don't think anyone ever convinces anyone else to change their mind about fighters....if this has ever happened then I've not spotted it.

Well, I guess I'm more optimistic than some. It's one thing to be a fan of a fighter or fighters, but it's another to be a nuthugger, which I feel Widdow is, maybe one of these days he will wake up and realize Wlad isnt as good as he thinks or see him get knocked out brutally by another journeymen, but I guess thats just wishful thinking on my part.

Really? The only fighter I ever saw out-box Bruno was a prime Tyson and a still very good version of Tyson. Bruno ********* Lewis until he got stopped, ********* Witherspoon until he got stopped (sound familiar?)

He certainly wasn't small either, 6'3 and 230ish and ripped as hell. 40 wins, 38 by KO and one of the fighters that went the distance with him was McCall....

I think the comparison with WALD is valid, personally.

and he'd have lost to several other decent heavies, and quite a few not so decent ones I suspect.
