Magoo called both Klitschko brothers "***s" and Ali a "******" in this thread. What an amazing poster. Just goes to shows how low and pathetic the Klitschko haters are. I honestly can't believe that he called Ali a ******. What a loser.

Louis's weight progression was natural with age. Holyfield's added weight was due to lifting weights and nutrition. It absurd to think that given the same training regimine that Louis would not be bigger. Add to that his natural ability and skills and its nonsense to think he wouldn't be one of todays best. Personaly I think he would be a dominating factor with todays heavies at the weight he fought at.

Sorry. While I don't think that being a Klitschko hater is something to brag about. I really don't see the reason to "hate" any fighter. Especially one who is such a great person outside the ring.... I am sorry to have placed you in the same group as a lowlife like Magoo. Anyone who calls Ali a ****** with what he is going through, doesn't even deserve to post on this message board.

If Joe Louis put on extra weight... he may not be as effective. Not every fighter gets better, or can keep their same attributes when they gain weight.

I was making a retort to a poster who commented on my avator. Although I don't really consider the Klits ***s or Ali ******ed, the comment sounded like a good rebuddle at the time. I have more respect for Ali in my finger than you do in your whole body...

Yeah... right. Which is why you referred to him as a ******. Obviously you have tremendous respect for Ali. You also showed you have more respect for him than me. You trash him, call him a ******, and I come to his defense. Then you come back saying that you have more respect for Ali in your finger than I do in my whole body. You make a lot of sense, bud.

    So the tally is...

    Magoo has said that...

    WiDDoW_MaKeR is a "goof ball"
Wladimir Klitschko is a "***" (and is building his legacy off shells of old fighters)
    Vitali Klitschko is a "***"
    Muhammad Ali is a "******"

What a beautiful poster you are. So full of insight and knowledge.

I tried to explain it to Widdow, but he didnt want to hear it and ended up resorting to name calling. Holyfield is a perfect example to use for this topic, Holyfield started his career under 180, but with weight lifting, better knowledge of nutrition, the assistance of world class body builder in Lee Haney, and the help of supplements, which may of also included a steroid, he was able to get up to around 212, while always staying under 10% body fat, which is more than I could say for 90% of the Heavyweights we see fighting today. Louis probably would of been around 220-225 if he fought in the 90's or the 2000's, and would of destroyed these so called belt holders we have today.

I agree with you. But Widdow makes a point when he says it may change his skill set. There is a chance of that, though I think its slim. Louis was arguably as talented, and definetly more skilled than any fighter thats moved up with success to the heavyweight ranks. I see no reason why he wouldn't find that same success and more.

Well, that's give old Widdow the benefit of the doubt and say it does, even a less than 100% louis would do a number on most of these lame Heavyweights, including Wlad. The only reason I bring up size is because guys like Widdow and a few other nuthuggers continue to use size as a measuring stick in picking who they think would win in a fantasy matchups, which I dont think is that important when picking a winner, skills will beat size anyday of the week. I have followed Holyfield for a long time, and even the matches I missed because I wasnt old enough to see them live, my dad has them all on tape. Like the Holyfield/Qawi 1 and 2, which took place in the late 80's, I feel his transition in weight helped him rather than hurt him, he increased in power and stayed basically the same in skills in foot and hand speed, so who's to say a similiar sized Louis cant do the same, with the all advancements in everything we have today at our disposal?
