Joe Louis. The 8 black men who got away.

I’ve watched this thread with great interest as not being knowledgable enough on Louis’s potential black contenders I couldn’t make a meaningful contribution.
However I must say observing the debate our friend has a very aggravating and annoying way of simply ignoring what appears to be convincing and compelling evidence against his argument.He simply trudges on with his obvious agenda.
I was getting annoyed just reading it!

 

As soon as he was banned from here he posted the same thread on another boxing forum. Some peeps are simply unable to learn and an absolute blight on any forum they inhabit. An aggravating blight as you point out.

I tip my hat to our mods.

 

This is highlighted by the fact that he has posted the same thread verbatim on ******* with no alterations what so ever despite several posters pointing out his glaring chronological mistakes and several of those named not being ranked when Louis was champion.
He also totally ignored the fact that Louis was in the Army, his title frozen from 1942 until 1946.
It was a hatchet job ,and as such it succeeded, but not in the manner the poster intended,at the end of his smear campaign the hatchet was firmly buried in his own bigoted head!

 

The good news is he hasn't dragged you off with him this time. Seeing you still posting here when he never will again would be killing him, and then some.

You've got the best of both worlds now - you don't have him here and you can still school him on the other forum

 

If anyone here is active on that forum, feel welcome to ask him for 3 things = 1) His definition of the conditions that must be met for a champion to lose lineage; 2) Whether Jeffries was defending lineal champion vs Johnson; 3) How many black contenders Louis defended his lineal title against.

Its impossible to answer 1) in a way that supports his position on 2) and 3) simultaneously. You'll get him wound up trying and expose his double standards & agenda, though.
