Povetkin was so worried about fighting bermane stiverne of all people he took peds lol. He went life and death with Marco Huck whose the same size as Louis but even worse.

A clean version of Povetkin would do considerably worse against Louis.

 

In terms of overall skill? Absolutely, Walcott.

 

It's true and you won't find higher quality at HW than Louis.

 

Schmeling, Walcott and Baer all have the cases over Povetkin. Sharkey too, but he was way too past his best to be considered here.
