Joe Louis vs Andrew Golota (Boxing Evolution Thoery)

I don't know if Joe would knock Golota out but he would win. Golota had very few quality wins but lost to a lot of quality guys. He does not have the skills needed to beat Louis.

 

Golota's best is really good, and I appreciate that and also he would be absolutely stomped into the ground so hard he'd be in an underground highway full of sasquatches and reptilians that some people always just knew existed. Then he'd be eaten by them. Sexually. At his behest. Because he'd be knocked even crazier than he already was.

Golota had some talent but his role in boxing is mainly kind of exposing how bad Bowe was

 

Golota didn’t lose to Byrd or Ruiz. Golota won both fights handily. Get off Wikipedia or BoxRec acting like he lost; he was robbed. Most people, both at the time and now, believe he was robbed. All the guys I mentioned were legit contenders or gatekeepers with real skill, and Bowe was never bad (unless you think everyone in the 90s was garbage).

 

The harsh reality is Beterbiev brutally stops Louis, Bivol would pull a Billy Conn minus the getting stopped part. And outside of that he would have his work cut out for him against someone like Callum Smith.

I truly believe that Andrew was damaged goods after the two Bowe fights, much the same as Riddick. I think his ceiling could have been higher but he was always a mental midget and physically a bit stiff.

Nope. They were close fights that could have gone either way and went the belt holder's way. Saying Golota was robbed makes a mockery of the word "robbery". Lewis vs Holyfield I, now that's a robbery. It's not even Spinks vs Holmes II level controversy. If you look at fans scorecards they are very even. He lost, get over it.

 

The Golata defense is not going to come out of this matchup well. Especially facing a guy that did not telegraph. So once again Andrew gets hit clean by a puncher. That's the thing w/Golata's defense---he never seemed to see anything coming.

 

Golgota Is overrated because worst version of Bowe.
