Does Joshua walk through the much smaller man?

But can Anthony Joshua endure those brutal right hand bombs thrown by the great Joe Louis?, when he could not take the bombs thrown by Andy Ruiz Jr in their first fight

Louis operates on different level when it comes to boxing. Joshua is bigger, but he is nowhere near skilled enough to efficiently impose advantages stemming from size difference.

Two huge punchers, with less than granite chins. Should be a short fight... likely with Louis as the winner.

Louis is too accurate and his short economical combos would light up big AJ who has not the punch resistance to walk through the incoming, and I have to question his mindset when under pressure.

Louis could KO a 265 pound 6’6 primo carnera in just 6 rounds.

    Louis KO’s AJ in 8

The former aggressive Joshua who was not careful and dared to land punches would have a very good chance against Joe Louis, this current cautious Joshua who keeps his opponent at a distance would not have much chance...

I doubt it. Ruiz has quick hands, good fundamentals, and a good chin, but has yet to prove he's even half the boxer Louis was seeing as he only has 2 world class wins.

I think it would be even more brutal than the first Ruiz fight. We have to see more from Joshua. Usyk so far has proven to be a very good, skilled boxer similar in size to Louis, so if Joshua can convincingly beat him in the rematch maybe it'll be easier to revisit to this conversation.

Joshua imposed his size on Povetkin and Pulev in spots, but in general he doesn't and prefers mid range. Against Usyk he was petrified of getting countered and wouldn't press the issue.

Basically, Joshua's size would be a non factor if doesn't bully Louis. Other than his long heavy jab, he doesn't really do enough to keep smaller guys off of him. He needs to find a way to bully Usyk otherwise he will just get his head boxed in again.

True, provided there is a rematch soon, these guys take too long to fight these days, maybe election time 2024?

Boxing politics are nearly as tedious and annoying as government politics.

It could happen in 6 months, 6 years, or never! Literally the only sport where you can go years without knowing who the best is.
