After seeing how Fury performed against Ngannou, Louis would wipe the floor with Fury. He had perfect punches and it would’ve been lights out for the Moorecambe man.

You think a 50's era fighter can compete with a modern 270 pound man

Sorry but the logic to even compare them in the first place is void null petty and invalid, which you know but i'll bite.

Then there is the cherry picking performances at varying stages of a mans career and taking it to say "oh this version would lose to".

These hypotheticals are pathetic really, any rational human being and boxing head might engage with them for fun but not in seriousness.

It's like people talking about Fury performances from 10 years ago like they have any relevance. What matters is two men on the night and nobody can predict what will happen, if they could they'd be millionaires. Fury could legit go out catch Usyk with a right hand and chin him next year. That's very possible. Then what? Usyk was always an old midget would be the excuse but looking at it right now Usyk is still probably the best cruiserweight of all time next to Holyfield. Fury is still the reigning dominant HW of this era who on his night can give any HW in history a tough going. The only thing that is consensus is both Fury & Usyk are on the downward slope and we are hoping that they both come in good form, the style clash in my opinion means they are both going to make each other look bad and it will be a sloppy fight close fight to the scorecards which is how these big fights tend to end up.

See how I got sidetracked with something worth discussing?

As @CST80 would infamously say, Educate yourself. The most technically skilled HW in history

There is a point where skills don't overcome size.

Joe Louis couldn't beat any version of Fury

Joe Louis whoops Fury from his last fight with one hand tied behind his back.....

Size does matter but when its mostly fat, love handles and a big mouth then it doesn't.

Joe Louis is similar in size but far superior to Cunningham, you know the guy who dropped and outboxed Fury, where Fury had to resort to cheating to get a win...

Has the 2 time drug cheat Fury ever not been a disgrace?

Louis has the power to chin him but he’s quite small and a bit slow footed.

Louis goes down (from a push) and gets back up. Fury goes down and stays down.

After his joke performance he should no longer be favoured in these fantasy match ups against atg.

Which version of Fury is the real question.

I have no doubt Louis could beat a garbage version of Fury
