Dempsey was a natural killer whilst Louis was 'manufactured'. That being said, if Dempsey doesn't take Louis out immediately, he's in for a world of pain because Louis was impossible to beat once he got a read of his opponent. Joe Louis UD or the towel gets thrown in - IF Louis gets through the first few rounds (which are almost certainly going to be hellacious).

 

Louis knocks out Jack in the 10th. Those vicious uppercuts from the second Godoy fight would be finding their mark here.
Jack can't outbox Louis and when he comes in he is slugging it out with the worst guy to slug it out with.
