McCall would be too slow - he'd be picked apart and broken down - I know McCall had a great great chin but I think the problem would be that the shots would be coming in at him to fast and in quick succession he would struggle to avoid enough not to get stopped and I don't think he was quick enough or smart enough for there to be a great danger of him testing Louis' chin

McCall loses for sure. The real question is...does he go down or not?

Louis by clear decision. Could Louis stop McCall? If he did it would be while McCall was still on his feet... remember Chris Byrd's stoppage over Jimmy Thunder? Maybe something like that if it happened at all.

Against Louis McCall would get hit more than he has ever been hit. I think Lewis would stop him, either RSC or KO McCall for the 1st time. If McCall lasts the distance he would be busted up pretty badly and possibly ruined.

In my opinion and the opinions of contemporaries of the prime Joe Louis, no fighter in history that Louis could hit frequently, could survive his attack. As one physician of Louis's time told the press ," the human body was not built to survive the blows of a Joe Louis
attack", unquote. If you would beat the prime Joe Louis,it had to be by staying away from his blows and ,and outboxing him for 15 rounds, something that Oliver McCall wouldn't be able to do..Louis by Ko before 7th round...

I believe that Oliver McCall would have lost his signature claim to fame vs Louis. The Brown Bomber could ko anyone who's chin he could reach...and I'm sure he would reach McCall's chin..a ko like the lightning in a bottle destruction he flashed vs Paolino Uzcudun or a brutally precise beatdown ala Baer.

    Louis by ko...

Just too much fire power and too many rounds. McCall had the power to stop Joe but not the speed or even the style to hit paydirt with his right. His best chance would be to make it a slugfest, a war, as Joe was certainly the smaller and much more fragile man, but he was also the greater offensive force, and I think even in that situation Joe Louis wins on damage 9 of 10 times.

There's simply no way Louis stops McCall. And if he is not careful enough, he gets stopped himself, he got hit by right hands pretty often, too often actually.
