You don't catch lightning in a bottle twice. That's kinda antithetical to what the message means in the first place.

As much as I like Fury and think he’s the best today I don’t see him beating Louis. Louis was a lot busier then wilder and probably punched just as hard and with better combos...well did everything better. Fury for the record I think could give a lot of ATGs headaches. The only one around today as I’d say that for.

Louis fought in the single camera B&W era

The others have all fought in the HD, multi-camera colour era.

Therefore Louis can't fight and loses to all of these guys who each would be undisputed champs if they fought any time before 1999. The modern guys have all the physical and athletic advantages developed through access to social media.

And they have smart phones. Louis only had primitive rotary phones.

I didn't suggest Fury would win.

Louis never fought a southpaw, from that standpoint a fight with Ortiz would be interesting.

I've been thinking about their similarities too. Louis rated Sharkey pretty highly.

I do think Fury would be an awful style for Louis. I'd imagine a younger Louis would catch up with him atleast most of the time, I don't think Fury of the Wlad fight winning is too outragous, but I don't think the one Wilder fought would have much of a hope.
