    Of course not.

I am saying that there is no difference between a sparring glove, and an MMA glove, in the kinetic impact when you hit a pressure sensor.

This has been demonstrated in tests.

Now if I am wrong, then Louis must have had one of the best chins of all time, because he was taking shots from modern sized heavyweights with those same gloves!

One problem with your argument, is that Louis wasn't even that small.

He was as big as Evander Holyfield was when he won the heavyweight title, without any sort of bulking up!

    He didn't face bigger men.

Primo Carnera and Buddy Baer were bigger than anybody that Fury beat!

What skilled ranked opponent did Fury manage to knock out in a couple of rounds?

    Evander had more muscle mass.
Plus look at how it turned out for Evander vs Bowe. And Evander was a much better boxer than Louis.

They were skilless oafs and they were the exception.
In general, boxers were smaller back then

Then he could have come in even lighter if he had wanted to.
How do you think it would have turned out for Bowe, if Evander had Louis's power?

You see you don't even apply the size argument consistently.

For a modern fighter, being big is all that is needed in your eyes.

If somebody from Louis's era was big, then you turn the logic on its head, and say that it doesn't count, because they were a skilless oaf.

I could just as easily say that every modern superheavyweight was a skilless oaf.

Evander had enough power. There's no proof Louis hit that much harder.

If you factor in the PED's .. Louis was a bigger natural man than Evander ...Louis had much bigger legs , both were 6'2" , reach maybe a. inch apart .. Louis on Evander's PEDs easily 220 ..

You are right, Evander was on PEDs. But I just compared them as they were.
