LOL, as usual you are wrong on all accounts.

Bowe's style was to bring the heat and put non stop pressure on his opponent, he fought three minutes a round and his agressive style was also based on his excellent chin.

You have no credibility when you bring up the Golata fight, the only chance to survive for the mental midget was to go low, bottom line, no low blow to bail him out he either gets KO'ed or quits, lol , quit he did. So, in retrospect , a washed up undertrained Bowe made a at the time legitimate top five guy fold tent.............

He is all wrong for WK who goes into panic mode every time you don't let him breath aka do not allow him to dictate the fight, make no mistake, Bowe can take WK's best but Wlad cannot, no way no how. Bowe WILL hurt him and if far lesser fighters than Bowe have him down, hurt or out Bowe will finish him off guaranteed, I would put money on it.

VK has been in ONE war and he could not finish it, fact, I don't care how good he looked in loosing he still lost. Bowe would force VK to fight up close even more than Lewis did, does not gas and rip his face in similar fashion.

If you do let the K brothers dictate the pace they look like a million bucks but both absolutely hate educated pressure from a skilled fighter and once you take them out of their comfort zone they are very beatable.

Bowe has also a brutal bodypunching arsenal and that further would cause major problems for the brothers plus his excellent uppercut.

AS far as Joe Louis, , well , he has never ever fought a skilled big man like Bowe with a chin, EVER. So while there would be some fire works the fairly stationary Louis will be drawn into a war with a mean as nails opponent and as I mentioned above with the K brothers, I am certain Bowe can take some of Louis'es best but no way in hell is a guy with a certified suspect chin taken the best from Bowe without going to sleep.

Holyfield a light puncher , lol, maybe not TYsonesque but he dropped granite chin Mercer, Bowe, Tyson, had Foreman do the chicken dance etc etc.......speed/accuracy is POWER and Evander had lots of it. Also disagree on hand speed between Holy and Louis........the Brown Bomber in modern film ain't faster.

Last but not least lets not forget about the glove size of those old timers which would benefit the superheavyweights to the max.

BTW, Bowe will stop Marciano, that is about as certain as death and taxes.

Golota wasn't much, certainly not near as good as Wlad, and he beat the crap out of Bowe before dissolving into fouls. Hell, Coetzer, a smaller, underpowered heavy, made Bowe look pretty ordinary.

As for Vitali, tho lacking precision powerpunching of his brother, I think he would take Bowe to hell and back.

Bowe deteriorated pretty fast after he won the title. I think at his peak being basically on his way to the title and the title fight itself {a great performance} is what many base his career on.

JMO but I believe the Bowe that was outboxed by Golota was maybe 60% of a peak or prime Riddick Bowe. Lets be serious Eddie Futch didn`t walk away because Bowe was doing the right things.

He was a food addict to be plain about it.

Couldve been one the the greats but will go down with the Aaron Pryors, Camacho`s, Tyronne Everetts of the boxing world.

Bowe from his champion winning form against Holyfield 1 will beat both K brothers on their best nights, he is all wrong for them, he is the ultimate superheavy non stop pressure fighter with skills/size/strengh/chin/excellent corner/trainer at his best.

If you like I break it down for you but deep inside you would not bet on the K brothers if the fight would happen tomorrow.

I just don't see how a guy who won the title at 25 could be done at 28, so done that a very ordinary Golota would be schooling him, especially with the bull**** defenses he chose for himself. Consider that Marciano's pro career didn't even really begin until he himself was 26. I think in the end he just wasn't that good.

    This. I always thought this.
If Povetkin had the size and fire of Bowe he would of broke free of that clinch and got him out of there by the fourth round.

Golota was a more well rounded boxer than Wlad and wasn't afraid to get stuck in.
Wlad would give Bowe to much space and respect. Bowe would take it to him and not let up and Wlad can't fight a dogfight needed to defeat Bowe.

It's embarrassing that this site allows these trolls to continue on. People come here to read up on boxing history, and in near every thread these trolls come and simply throw out lies. They're an embarrassment to the site. Time for IP Perma Ban.

Jesus, you guys... can't you see, Elroy is just playing with you??

I mean, the way he keeps talking nonsense - isn't it obvious, that he's simply doing a "reverse historian"?

Then you'd have the only thing worse to have on a forum than trolls. I hope I don't have to mention what that is.
