The value of Joe Louis's ill fated comeback, can be viewed a number of ways.

To help understand it better, I ask you to name his five best wins post Walcott.

Since five would be most of his post Walcott fights, you may just give a top three if you prefer.

His loss to Charles was a better performance then anything after Walcott honestly. It could have been one of his best wins if Charles tempted fate as often as Jersey Joe.

Well Brion was prime I believe (going off memory could be wrong). Bivins was still ok as was Savold. The rest were lower level fighters but still not pushovers.

    1. Jimmy Bivins
    2. Lee Savold (Louis actually won an Alphabet Heavyweight Belt here. Bivins was probably a better scalp, though.)
    3. Caesar Brion
    4. Amelio Agramonte
    5. Caesar Brion

Brion was from Cordoba, Cordoba, Argentina, which means you can list him twice.

I'm fairly certain they fought twice, post Walcott. You can correct me if I'm wrong about that.

I was making a joke, along the lines of: New York, New York — the city so nice they named it twice.
