As an American fight fan, I can say that Joe Calzaghe has really burst my bubble and to be honest has made me feel a little less secure about life in general. I mean, I think I now know how the neo nazis feel about Obama winning the election. People of certain races are not supposed to excel at certain things, everybody knows that right?

First is was Jeff Lacy, then we threw that Dolf Lundgren look alike at him hoping that would take care of this menace, then we had to pull out the big guns Hopkins and Jones. It became almost like when they pulled Jess Willard out of his farm several years after retirement to fight the uppity Jack Johnson since there wasn't any other white guys available to beat him.

Now they are talking about Dawson. Oh common, this is the same guy who got a gift against G. Johnson. Johnson won that fight and he is a poor mans version of Calzaghe. If Calzaghe fights Dawson, us Americans will just be subject to another one sided beat down of our fighter and our egos. Things are already bad. The commie *******s rule the heavy weight division and now we have Calzaghe beating our best.

Mayweather, please please come back to beat up more little trolls.

LMAO, at least you are honest though.

I think many fans are very bitter but won't admit it.

Um - Jones got KTFO Vs Johnson, I've never heard Calzaghe mention his name...Johnson is a vastly underrated fighter.

A young fast mover Southpaw is nothing like Lacy. Lacy had one dimension and Joe belted that dimension like he busted Jeff climbing out of Mrs Calzaghe's bedroom.

More power to Joe - Let him fight Dawson, unless he's planning on fighting the 175 lbs class in order of oldest to youngest...

bhop and jones are the big guns? LMAO... Bhop is 43 years old and jones is a shell of himself. bhop couldn't take care Taylor 2x and throwing single digits for many fights and performs well against Pavlik and all of sudden he turned back the clock or something? BTW Jones couldn't even KO a retired 170lb trinidad should tell you what kind of state Jones is to where he was.

It is called cherry picking kid. 4-1 dog in jones is NOT a great win. Beating Chad Dawson. Unlike Lacy Chad actually got skills and proved himself.

A hopkins rematch would be the toughest fight for Calzaghe. I wouldn't put a dime on Dawson. He's explosive but too inaccurate to throw Calzaghe off his game. IMO, if Hopkins were to fight Calzaghe with the same mind state he had in his last fight, the world would be in for a real treat.

id rate a win over Dawson like I did his win over Kessler - an excellent win.

Johnson knocked Jones out for 10 minutes...Joe slapped Jones 344 times and never staggered him even once...

Some people said similar things about Calzaghe and Reid. Johnson is a better fighter then Reid.
