Did you see those highlights & how you could see his improvement? And what aggression, thats what impressed me the most...I hope Wlad was watching, cause that dude Mesi would be in his face.

Maybe a JOEMESIEXPRESS is in order?

    :huh

Your shittin' me? You don't think in those highlights (yeah, against bums in his comeback) all tha aggressiveness isn't going carry on as the competition steps up for him? He's 230. He'd ****in' kill Ibragimov tomorrow! And I'd love to see him go after Wlad & his big jab.:yep

    Dont go there.
Mesi is just fishing for the big payday which he doesnt deserve.
    He has got no balls.
He wont even fight anybody in the top 20.
Boxing records has him ranked 44.
Joe Mesi fights only tomato cans.
I think he has turned into one himself.

Really? He seemed pretty sincere talking about his comeback & where he wants to get to. And the way the division is, I could see him beating a Chagaev.

    Not a chance.
    Like I said .
    No balls.
He cant beat anyone in the top 20.
Anyone who thinks he can is delusional.

While I think calling Mesi "the modern day Marciano" is going way overboard, I agree that he is a genuine quality fighter when at his best and a legitimate threat to most of the top guys in the division.

There are many differences, one is that Mesi gets tired, Marciano didn't.

    The end.

Didn't mean to make a literal comparison. I just meant with his aggressive style & being Italian we could say he's todays watered-down version of the Rock. I'm always living in the past.
