Definitely one of the hardest hitters in the sport today

    Excellent raw power

    Not the best puncher though.

    Lacks variety.

Loads up too much and needs a lot of space to get leverage.

Someone like Beterbiev would maul him and pre 2017 Kovalev would have KOd him.

He could definitely sharpen his technique. Which would help his hold onto the title, should he win.

He's pretty heavy handed. I'd have him below the likes of Inoue, Beterbiev and Wilder though.

He's strong as **** and very heavy handed but he's got a hell of an engine on him and he's improved a lot too. Virtually everything he throws is heavy but he's relentless and he can maintain it

Alvarez blocked a pretty high percentage of those shots on his gloves but he also took a lot too. Tough guy
