I can not understand this Joyce hype, he is nothing more than a walking punching bag.

 

He's too stiff, he will lose despite his great chin and workrate

Very under rated ring IQ and some serious power in both hands

His style is so economocal too. If he misses one he will get you with the second and third.

 

Interesting to see who he will fight before getting a chance at the world title, if he ever gets one. It will be at least a year though so 2-3 fights to do for Frank.

Joyce seems to be a very difficult opponent, but still hoping to see him fighting someone in the top 20 one day, though.

 

Deservedly or not Dubois was a lot higher than 20th

 

Joyce Vs AJ/Fury/Wilder/Whyte is what the world wants to see

He has more to him than meets the eye. Eventually that lack of head movement will fail him, he will get cracked but it's clearly a tough job. He chose to walk at Takam and sit taking them shots.

Fury would box his head off

If he can make AJ punch himself out then AJ is going to have a HELL of a time mid/late fight

Is Wilder's explosive 1 punch power enough?

Joyce needs to learn to use his clinching more inside to tire smaller men out. I do like that he keeps walking & doesn't look to clinch. He finds openings that way.

He is smarter than meets the eye, super coolheaded also. His mentality is so much better than AJ/Wilder and Whyte's!

He has:

1st class mentality which is HUGGGGE in boxing
1st class chin
1st class thudding power
1st class stamina

He is just slow and defensively open. He's learnt how to get his shots off despite his speed disadvantage though.

Just like watching younger Tyson Fury, it's hard to spot what is special, he looks flawed, lumberous and not very good but trust me there is something there with Joyce.

Any man with the correct mentality in boxing should be feared.

I'm actually not concerned about his age, his age brings natural size & physical toughness like Big Goerge got.

Other than that he's soft spoken, can't speak to save his life, but TOTALLY likeable! and therefore sellable.

 

Dubious was basically a sitting duck or walking into them. It's possible Dubious has an innate fragility there also.

Joyce stuck to a solid gameplan behind a solid jab all fight long which is something Fury/Wilder & AJ tend not to do. Fury has yet to use his stiff arm power jab throughout a fight against a man who is there to be hit so badly.

Think you're underestimating him

Holyfield would need to take it to a decision. How Usyk would.

Also stick Joyce on grade A roids like Holy see what happens.

 

Come on now...holyfield , Tyson, Lewis,bowe.....these would be viewed as gigantic mismatches...Joyce is solid and good at what he does but he's only unbeaten because this heavy generation is pretty ****.

Holyfield would batter the **** out of him

 

I think he is a great HW and top 10 in the world right now.

He is going to struggle against movers. HWs like Fury and Usyk are a nightmare for him.

I understand why he is so underated, its because he looks slow and ponderous. But you dont beat Dubois that comprehensively unless you are a very special HW.
