    Yeah, the Hopkins that's still kicking ass and winning world titles at 49 years old.

    Jermaine Taylor was a bad son of a gun in his pomp. As was Kessler.

    Gatti? The one who went life and death with a club fighter in Ward?

    Slappy White's resume is so weak it is on par with Lucien Bute's.

    It is so weak that nobody ever dares to mention Slappy White on any ATG or p4p list.

    It is so weak, it makes Kessler look like a superstar

    Jr. resume is way better. Cal beat a past prime Jones jr. and Bhop, and struggled too.

    I never mentioned gatti...but it was nice of you to throw gatti and n'dou out there for an easy comeback...

    seriously, I like calzaghe as a fighter, but he let ****** milk his career (as ****** has milked all his fighters) - and then when jones and Hopkins hit their 40's and were dethroned by someone else, calzaghe dumped him and tried to hype up beating them

    Kessler was the only proven world class fighter calzaghe beat in his prime - but personally, I rank the Hopkins win higher

    Joe was supposed to fight Taylor in his prime, but Taylor wanted $10 Mill. Winky also outpriced himself.

    Joe wanted Roy in 2000, Roy didn't want to know. He wanted Nard in 2001, but Bernard was feasting on WW's...

    JT was not a bad son of a gun.

    Sorry no.

    You can paint history what ever way you want, but it doesn't change facts.. there's excuses you can make for every fight.

    ..but don't discount his work at 130. Hernandez, Chavez, Corrales are all QUALITY QUALITY wins.

    Then look at this last few fights.. who's fought a better run than Floyd lately?

    Mosley, Cotto, Hatton, JMM, Canelo, Maidana, Oscar... I left out Guerrero and Ortiz.. but those guys earned their shots too.

    Get out of here with this bull****.

    Corrales was weight drained by 18 lbs.

    Hernandez and Chavez... Come on....

    How did Gurerro earn his shot? The man was TWO wc's below Floyd.

    And what did Ortiz do? Oh yes, the old 'Beat Berto and you're worthy' trick.

    Hatton = Blown up JWW
    JMM = Blown up LW
    Cotto = 4 years too late
    Mosely = 10 years too late
    Canelo = Best win at the time was Matthew Hatton
    Maidana = All over Floyd like a cheap suit
    Oscar = Still managed to draw with him

    You know f*ck all about Boxing. You're just another idiot who has jumped on the Mayweather bandwagon.

    Also, Taylor broke Bernard's streak which, at the time, was amazing.

    yes it was
    but how many years did calzaghe have to do the same while taylor was still picking his teeth as a pro?

    joe liked calling out roy and Hopkins from wales all the time...but he did nothing to make the fight until someone else had beat them and they hit their 40's
