Yet the biggest victory of Joe's career is a split decision win against a 41 year old. Dude you shouldn't talk.
i think part of the reason why joe's win are underrated or marginalized is because not only did he not crossover in the u.s. while he was still younger, but the people that he beat practically stayed there as well. but once he did, and by beating hopkins and hopkins stil doing well against younger mostly younger opponents, people realized, his skills isnt as bad as people made it out to be. now, if his skills is on par or better than his counterparts in the u.s., then maybe the people he beat in europe werent as bad either. this isnt like the basketball where the nba is the established dominant league vs. the euroleague and other smaller leagues. even then, guess what the is being prefered inthe nba these days? euro-type basketball:hi:
:rofl:rofl So that makes Ward and Froch Mega Stars. Slappy took Kessler to grade school, but Ward and Froch took him to college.:yep
Just because you beat someone doesn't mean you get their popularity.. Nobody was as popular as Dela Hoya and 5 men beat him. Kessler has a whole country on his side. Outside of Oakland, no one knows who Ward is.:yep Plus I didn't know you could elbow in college. As for Froch, didn't he also Lose To Kessler.
