Katsidis's manager has just stated that Khans team have not made any offer at all to him at any point.

 

Which will be a flop as all of Khan's PPV's have been. I dont mind paying to watch boxing but I dont pay for any of Khan's BS fights. This would be another joke!!

 

Khan vs 'two weight world champ' Linares might happen. Seriously, I doubt Khans fight after this will be much cop either.

 

This is what I dont get his ppvs have been flops yet he is getting paid considerably more than any one else in the division.

Man, Khan is a hot hot marketable product!
Ill be all over the middle east with sponsors, even all over Asia..the name Khan will travel well.
But..in this day and time, the people in America may not still ride with this Middle eastern/Muslim image.

Not sure how anyone knows how floppy they have been as SBO don't release figures. But a 'flop' bought by 30,000 people, for instance, is still generating nearly half a million quid more than a fight that people watch for free (especially considering that Sky still sell advertising on thier premium channels...)

 

After Casa we'll get Erik Morales, then a rematch with Paulie at 147. This guy is fast becoming the biggest fraud in boxing.

The problem with Khan's 30k-60k SBO event's isn't really the numbers viewing exactly. It's the fact that Team Khan's demands are too high in relation to the numbers he sells and means there is not enough profit in it for Sky. This is precisely the situation that caused them to reject the Mallignaggi fight
