Joe's Gym Sydney

    Anyone on here from Sydney, Australia and know anything about this gym, and Joe as a trainer etc. Just wanting to get some insight of the quality of them. Tnx

    Been there at five dock I think..........?He is a tae kwon do trainer from the 80's gone wrong,shouting out instructions like cobra kai instructor from the karate kid,Never went back again,joker didn't even know who I was!!ha ha....

    I went there once when I was in the area, the place is rubbish, the dude is an absolute clown, knows nothing about boxing. Like htmonaro said He is a tae kwon do trainer from the 80's gone wrong. I couldn't get out of there quick enough LOL.

    Thanks guys...checked out North Sydney PCYC last night. Looks ok with a fairly good boxing setup
