Joey Dawejko Received Death Threats From Anthony Joshua Fans...

The former is simply wishing ill will. I'm sure Dawejko knows the difference between wishing bad things and outright death threats.

There is no doubt he would have been told to watch his back, by AJ nutthugging nutters.

 

It's actually quite dumb to threaten your favourite boxer's sparring partners. I mean, what are you trying to achieve by doing so? The sparring partner is there to help your hero. If they take it easy on him he's not going to be pushed, he can't correct flaws because he doesnt even know he has them, and come fight night he's going to be exposed on the big stage. People are so stupid.

Doesn't surprise me. There's alot of football hooligans turned boxing fans, when Joshua came through in the Olympics. I liked to call them drunks. And there's alot of them on here too. Thank god Deontay attracts the classier demographics. Lol.

 

If Joey D isn't in the Joshua camp for the rematch we'll know he's too bad.

By what he didn't say it obvious he KO'd AJ and the rumours are true.. I think he is worried that AJ might think they came from him but he is adamant he didn't say a word..

Why would they be sparing that close to the fight??

 

Something was clearly wrong with AJ pre fight. The delay for a cup is crap. He must of worn the same before. His odd behaviour in the ring and his Dads rant in the ring after the fight, when AJ Said "It was me" to his old man. Wouldn't surprise me if Dawejko did some damage.

 

Yeah that fact that he doesn't deny it sort of suggests that he did KO/Drop AJ... but another way to look at it is, if the rumours are complete lies and Joey came out and said that, then all of this attention and publicity he's been getting immediately disappears - just a thought!

True, AJ shouldn't be sparring so close to fight night, but maybe he completely overlooked Ruiz and thought a few more rounds of sparring wouldn't make a difference?
