He was a good fighter, but far from elite Prime Zapata throurougly outboxed him, then he won a WBA strap against off beaten Francisco Quiroz, then another elite guy, Yuh, beat him on a decision. The Zapata fight is on YouTube. ABC televised it to showcase Olivio but ended up showcasing Zapata. Olivo won maybe one or two of the 13 completed rounds, before quitting on his stool. To be fair, that was a Zapata at his absolute peak.
