He also says “Harada I want to meet you in Los Angeles” This content is protected Here is Harada’s message. In March I will have the pleasure to host BOTH of these great legends. Jofre and his family will be here for 10 days, Harada and his team for 4 days. Fellow members here are more than welcome to communicate with me and if you can be in town, also meet these legends. I am still raising funds to finalize Harada and his teams airfare and Jofre’s trip to New York and Canastota IBHOF weekend in June. If you are interested in a Jofre & Harada signed photo (both together in action from fight II), and/or a solo signed photo of either/both fighters and/or a signed Jofre poster (the poster is the artist painting in my avatar) please send me a private message. 100% of proceeds go to this fund.
Bump for absolutely brilliant original content. Thanks Chris. Both men still look very healthy and mentally sharp in their old ages, which is amazing for Harada given he had a brain hemorrhage years ago! Meanwhile, Jofre looks physically very well.
Unfortunately he’s suffering from dementia and my friend who visits him once a week says he’s difficult to understand at times. He did say he lights up and remembers things a lot more when it comes to talking about Eder. He’s physically well enough to still run the gym day to day though. He’s very committed to the kids in the gym.
The first time I saw either of them i recorded my reaction to their first title fight. It was like Arguello vs Pryor if Aaron Pryor fought like he made sense. Both guys were awesome. This content is protected
